Before I start my topic, “Amazing health benefits of drinking camel milk”. I will like to ask you these questions. When was the last time you drank it? How do you like drinking it? Do you like the taste? Has it in any way changed your life?

How often you drink camel milk depends on your economic and social background. You are thinking this statement is ambiguous but never mind I will clear your doubts in the next paragraph.

There are those who never come across camel in real and physical world but instead just heard it. Asking such person whether he/she drank the milk is out of question. I guess you understood what i meant.

Well said, it just like any other milk; white in colour but a little less salty compared to the milk of cow. The most interesting description part of it is that, unlike other types of milk that go bad when it stays for longer period, camel milk is different. RP Agrawal, a leading researcher, 500 ml of raw, fresh camel milk daily improves the lives of diabetics due to the existence of insulin protein found in the milk.

Interestingly, the milk is found to treat allergy. A study published in December 2005 edition of the “Israel medical Association Journal” says that investigation on some children revealed positive response where they were given camel milk as treatment and get cured with no side effect.

It seems the milk has go wonders of healing properties. It contains other minerals like calcium and for the development of strong bones. Those who consume the milk on daily basis have strong bones and do more physical activities than others who don’t.

Am sure that you are asking yourself, where will get camel milk? In major supermarkets in different cities, you will get the milk unless selling camel is prohibited in your country. Few countries don’t allow the milk to be in the market.
How much will it cost? It depends on where you are. In Kenya, for instance, the milk is richly available in supermarkets and open market places. A litre of the milk goes for $1.8. It is cheaper, many can afford it.
