Headache is a universal pain, everybody went through in their lifetime but my main concern remains what causes endless head splitting all the time.
I have come across numerous questions on the subject of too much headache. Sleep is pertinent and continued headache will deprive you of peaceful rest.

Avoid anything that gives you stress and again get enough rest to cool down the mind.
2. Hormonal changes.
This factor largely affect women. Instances when estrogen increases triggers vascular dilation thus causes headache.
During menstrual cycle, most women suffer from endless headache.
Take pain relieving medication, probably on the counter and if pain persist, seek medical attention.
Research shows that before puberty, headache is common in boys than girls and the trend becomes reverse after puberty.
This is mostly attributed to onset of menstrual cycle in women.
3. Too much medication.
I agree that you must take pain relievers like aspirin, ibuprofen and caffeine cause what we call rebound headache.
You are advised not to take these painkillers two consecutive weeks without doctor's prescription.

4. Poor diet.
Be careful about your diet. They say, you are what you eat.
Some foods like caffeine and alcohol triggers headache.
Do you skip meals? This will contribute to the endless pain in your head.
Eat good diet and never skip meals especially breakfast, very important for the body's metabolism.
5. Allergy.
Unfortunately, some are allergic to some foods, for instance, processed meat, beef and onions.
If found out that consuming certain food will create problem in your system, reduce if you can't stop it.
6. Eyestrain.
This is common problem to many people including me.
When you use your mobile phone, computer for longer time and after reading or writing, you are giving your eyes stress and strain.
Poor lighting conditions also create the same problem to the eyes and finally began developing headache.
7. Dehydration.
After complaining of headache, have you ever been advised to drink water? Your immune will be effective when the body receive enough water.
Increase your daily water intake, you will get positive change soon.
8. Change in your sleeping pattern.
Irregular sleeping pattern will have negative impact on your body.
For example,you used to sleep early and one time you slept late. Such pattern will trigger headache.
What can you do? Simple, Get enough sleep.
Endless headache, on the other hand comes with complications which is unhealthy. It causes: Depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, physical and psychological problems.
