How to Eat Balanced Diet Food.



You are what you eat, isn't it? Yes!

Balanced diet is essential for your body.

In keeping the right diet, bear the following in mind.

Eat more vegetables and fruits.

Drink pure water instead of soft drinks.

Have at least three meals a day.

Don't skip a meal in the name of losing weight, you may increase it without knowing.

Consume food high in fibre.

White meat is preferred to red meat.
